We allow our customers to exchange products only in case the product defective/damaged or if the delivered product is not same as shown in the picture . Write to us within 24 hours addressing your concern with unpacking/unboxing video of package. Our team will get your product replaced after reviewing it at our end. Here are the important pointers for your reference :It is mandatory to make a video which starts from unpacking the parcel and the box inside so that details related to the product you wish to return or replace can be captured easily without any hassles. As part of this policy, we do not entertain any requests of return or replacement in case the complete video is not shared with us. Customer can return or exchange the defective/damaged product within 3 days from the date of delivery. Customer must ensure that the product should not be prone to any physical damage, it should be with original packaging with all the required accessories intact within.  

Note: Refund Would Not be Applicable On any of the Products dealt in. Exchanges are subject to approvals only and within 3- 4 days.
